1. Eligibility Criteria
To use Infinite Hosting’s services, users must complete account registration following a successful purchase. Only registered users may access our service platforms.

 

2. Key Service Terms
Infinite Hosting provides customers with access to IPTV content through both subscription-based and one-time purchase options. Subscription billing cycles depend on the package selected. Each new purchase includes a 24-hour free trial period to allow for proper setup and service testing.

Refund Policy:

• Within the initial 24 hours: full refund available upon request if user is unsatisfied.

• After 24 hours but within the first 15 days: refund available upon request.

• After 15 days: refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Users may cancel their service at any time, but cancellation does not guarantee a refund unless it meets the criteria above.

 

3. Right to Update Service Offerings
Infinite Hosting reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features, pricing, and packages at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance; however, such communication is not guaranteed.

 

4. Warranties and Service Responsibility
Infinite Hosting does not create or own the IPTV streams offered through our platform. We act solely as an aggregator of third-party content. As such:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

• Service availability is typically 24/7, but uptime is not guaranteed.

• Infinite Hosting is not responsible for content quality, availability, or legality of the streams provided.

 

5. Intellectual Property
All Infinite Hosting logos, promotional images, and branding materials are the exclusive property of Infinite Hosting. Users may not copy, reuse, or redistribute these materials without written permission.

 

6. Account Suspension and Cancellation
Accounts will be automatically suspended on their renewal date if payment is not received. While we may send reminders, it is the user’s responsibility to monitor their renewal timeline and make timely payments to avoid service interruption.

 

7. Indemnification
By using our services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infinite Hosting and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

 

8. Limitation of Liability
Infinite Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the service

• Unauthorized access or alteration of your transmissions or data

• Third-party content provided through our service

 

Total liability in any case will not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service during the last 30 days.

 

9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page. Users with registered accounts will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform alerts.

 

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
